Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to you as a user of the Bank of Meme including all the products, services, tools, and information made available on the Bank of Meme. Accordingly, you must read this agreement carefully before using the Bank of Meme. In this Agreement, “dust Protocol”, "Protocol”, "we", "B of M" and “us” refer to Bank of Meme. These Terms of Use apply to you as a user of the protocol (“ dust Protocol”), including all the products, services, tools, and information made available on the Bank of Meme. Accordingly, you must read this agreement carefully before using the Bank of Meme.
Introduction
This Agreement applies to any person using the Bank of Meme and you agree to be bound by them by using the Bank of Meme. If you don’t want to be bound by them, you should not access the Protocol. By using the Protocol in any capacity, you agree that you have read and understood this Agreement.
You further represent that your access and use of the Protocol will fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations and that you will not access or use the Protocol to conduct, promote, or otherwise facilitate any illegal activity.
You are advised to check this Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any changes to the Terms. Bank of Meme, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to make changes to our terms of services. Changes are binding on users of the Protocol and will take immediate effect upon posting. As a user of the Protocol, you agree to be bound by any changes, amends, variations, or modifications to our terms of service and your continued use of the Protocol shall constitute acceptance of any such changes, amends, variations, or modifications.
We will provide you with notice of any such changes, amends, variations, or modifications by indicating on the Bank of Meme of such changes, amends, variations, or modifications to this Agreement.
dust Protocol
Using the Protocol may require that you pay a fee, such as Protocol fees. As well as gas fees on the Ethereum Mainnet to perform a transaction.
You acknowledge and agree that Protocol has no control over any transactions made on, through, or using the Ethereum Mainnet. Accordingly, you must ensure that you have a sufficient balance of the applicable cryptocurrency tokens stored at your wallet address (“Cryptocurrency Wallet”) to complete any transaction on the Ethereum Mainnet before initiating such transaction.
Using the dust Protocol
As a condition to accessing or using the dust Protocol, you acknowledge and agree that you will:
Use the Protocol for lawful purposes only and in accordance with this Agreement;
Maintain the security and confidentiality of access to your Cryptocurrency Wallet Address.
As a condition to accessing or using the Protocol, you acknowledge and agree that you will not:
Violate any applicable laws, including without limitation, any relevant and applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing laws and any relevant and applicable privacy and data collection laws, in each case as may be amended from time to time;
Use the Protocol for any purpose that is unlawful;
Infringe on or misappropriate any contract, intellectual property, or other third-party rights, or commit a tort while using the Protocol;
Misrepresent the truthfulness, sourcing, or reliability of any content on the Protocol;
Engage in, or attempt to engage in, any activity that seeks to interfere with or compromise the integrity, security, or proper functioning of any computer, server, network, personal device, or other information technology system, including but not limited, to the deployment of viruses and denial of service attacks;
Use the Protocol in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Protocol, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Protocol in any manner;
Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques or security measures employed on the Protocol, or attempt to access any service provided in or any area of the Protocol that you are not authorized to access;
Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us, to access the Protocol to extract data;
Introduce any malicious content such as malware, virus, Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb, drop-dead device, backdoor, shutdown mechanism, or other harmful material into the Protocol or otherwise interfere with any user’s access to the Protocol;
Post content or communications on the Protocol that are, in our sole and absolute discretion, libelous, defamatory, profane, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, vulgar, suggestive, harassing, hateful, threatening, offensive, discriminatory, bigoted, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable;
Involve the transmission of unsolicited mass mailings or other forms of spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar;
Involve commercial or sales activities, such as advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes, that are not expressly authorized by us;
Post content on the Protocol containing unsolicited promotions, commercial messages or any chain messages or user content designed to deceive or trick the user of the Protocol;
Engage in, or attempt to engage in, any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or rule concerning the integrity of trading markets, including but not limited to, the manipulative tactics commonly known as spoofing and wash trading;
Encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this Agreement.
Disclaimer
Crypto products; including ERC-20 tokens are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.
Links provided to third-party sites are for informational purposes. Such sites are not under the control of B of M, and B of M is not responsible for the accuracy of the content on such third-party sites.
The $memBit holder agrees not to use, utilize, portray, advertise, distribute or otherwise market any $memeBits in any project or derivative work that involves hate speech, racism, or any other illegal or unlawful content.
Upon sale or transfer of $memeBits, any ownership or commercial rights are immediately transferred to the new holder.
If any holder purchases $memeBits through the secondary market, the holder shall be held accountable and will be bound by the Terms of Service which govern said secondary market platform.
Each $memeBit holder is solely and entirely responsible for any and all Federal or State tax liabilities which may arise, be imposed, or enforced as a result of reselling $memeBits.

All information available on the Protocol is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted or construed as professional advice. You should not take, or refrain from taking, any action based on any information contained in the Protocol. Before you make any financial, legal, or other decisions involving the Protocol, you should seek independent professional advice from an individual who is licensed and qualified in the area for which such advice would be appropriate.
Nothing included in the Protocol constitutes an offer or solicitation to sell, or distribution of, investments and related services to anyone in any jurisdiction. As markets change continuously, any information and data previously published may not be current and should not be relied upon.
Limitation of Liability
NO EVENT SHALL deem the Synthesis Project LLC OR ANY OF OUR COLLABORATORS AND AFFILIATES, OR SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, ITS SUBJECT MATTER, OR ANY ACCESS OR USE OF THE PROTOCOL UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, AND OTHERWISE, FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, ENHANCED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH PERSONS WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES, OR SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES WERE OTHERWISE FORESEEABLE, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. NOR WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE PROTOCOL OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN IT. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY: (A) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (B) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM ANY ACCESS OR USE OF THE PROTOCOL; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF ANY SECURE SERVER OR DATABASE IN OUR CONTROL, OR THE USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR DATA STORED THEREIN; (D) INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF FUNCTION RELATED TO THE PROTOCOL; (E) BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE PROTOCOL INFRASTRUCTURE; (F) ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF, ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PROTOCOL; AND (G) THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL WE OR ANY OF OUR COLLABORATORS AND AFFILIATES, OR SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR COSTS IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IN EXCHANGE FOR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PROTOCOL.
This Limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such liability. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Protocol may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your information and convenience only. B of M has no control over third-party websites and accepts no legal responsibility for any content, material, or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third-party website does not mean that we endorse such a third party’s website, products or services. Your use of a third-party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third-party site.
Third-Party Product Disclaimer
Regarding certain products that we channel the services of our third-party partners, we will indicate as the “third-party product”. Any such third-party products or any links to them available on the Protocol are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied and such third-party product is to be used at your own risk.
The use of the third-party products or the links to them on the Protocol is done at your own discretion and risk and with the agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of such third-party products or the links to them in or from the Protocol, and you agree that we will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection with downloading, installing, using, modifying or distributing such third-party product. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or from the Protocol shall create any warranty for such a third-party product. B of M assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the third-party products, software, or documentation available from its website. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third parties for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, lost data, or profits, or any liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of the third-party products.
Privacy Policy
B of M will not collect any cookies, IP addresses, or user data in connection with your use of the website, with the exception of cookies related to browsing behavior for the Google analytics SEO which helps us enhance your experience with our site and relay visitor traffic statistics to the Google search engine. All project participants understand that the Ethereum blockchain network is a public blockchain, and all transaction history initiated through the protocol will be made public.
B of M has no influence on secondary marketplaces, such as Uniswap which have independent terms of service agreed to by you, should you choose to utilize these sites. You also understand that B of M may work with third-party apps, such as Discord or Telegram, which collect and store user data. This provision may be subject to change when deemed fit by the B of M current core team upon due notification to the end-user.
